I bought a used vehicle that had some cosmetic issues in two place , one of which was in definite need of being fixed. I was promised that both issues would be fixed. I got two quotes from where I live, both seemed extremely high. I sent these quotes to the salesman that had sold me the vehicle plus pictures of the two issues needing fixed. Extremely professional and friendly. It didn’t feel like I was working with a salesman, but a friend. when buying a used car, if you have any issues they will not be willing to help you unless you got deep pockets full of cash. had issues they daybi drive it off the lot, called later that night & $75 just for them to look at it. this place is horrible. Expressway is the place I highly reccomend, bought several vehicles from Expressway & they've always been more than willing to help with any issues I had

RecommendedI have to say Dory was such a huge help. my sister and I had to make an emergency flight to Ridgecrest due to my dad was in the hospital and I had to drive his truck home. a light was on the truck and when i checked in Dory was so helpful. she went to the truck and then went to the parts desk with me and told them what I needed. after we got the bottle Dory asked one of the mechanics to add it for me and reset the light. My salesperson Jerome West was absolutely awesome on every aspect of the deal on purchasing our SUV. As far as management and ownership all they are concerned with is getting your money and moving on. Had to spend a complete extra day (overnight) because they didn’t check to see there was a recall on the 2020 Explorer I was buying. I was assured they would take care of compensating me for my lost work by management when I was called in and told I would have to stay overnight so the repairs could be done the next day.
