So happy with Roundtree Ford best service anywhere hands down! Took my escape in to be looked at yesterday afternoon and they had all repairs done by 10 am this morning and were by far the nicest people I've met in LA in the two years I've been here. They defanitely earned themselves a loyal customer. I'm one happy lady!
Maintenance check and I was in and out in about an hour.
Worst service in service and parts. Took my vehicle in for the air months ago and here it is again the air is gone out. They didn't find the problem but tried to get me to have over $1,000 dollars worth of work done. I won't be going back for service or to shop.
Starting to lose faith in the service department and Ford over the console computer issues we keep having. This is my fifth visit for this carp and this time, I didn't make it out of the building before it gave me the same problem I brought it in for!!! They ordered another computer for it this time. PS: part of the issue was the service writer failed to listen and convey what I said to the mechanic today resulting in me not making it off the property before bringing it back!
Could not be happier with customer service, product or price !!!!! Go see Brian Stone or Walt Downey. Both are excellent salesmen and really go out of their way to help you get in a wonderful vehicle!!!!
The worst!!! Service has two speeds - slow and stop!!! Took three hours with an appointment to get my car even looked at - then another hour to find out what the problem was - then the part that was to take three days to arrive was never ordered and that was three weeks ago!!! Complete waste of my time - never ever had such a bad experience at a Ford dealership in my life - - I'm heading down the road and finding someone else who can take care of my service needs....
Over priced and slow.
