I feel that Rountree Ford - Lincoln is selling cars that are LEMONS. On my attachment my Daughter’s car which I co-sign on begin to have problems. After the car was taken to Rountree for the first oil change and check the car started loosing oil. When we took it back we were told that it was going to cost $2,245.49 with an additional$111.52 for a sensor on the tire which non of this was found earlier. Brought my 2020 F150 in for the third time to have the back up camera repaired. I was told when I dropped it off they were just gonna replace the camera because it was very common issue. I was then called and said they couldn’t get it to act up so there’s nothing they could do. I reminded the service advisor that he said he had ordered a camera.
