Roto-Rooter installed my new Samsung Dishwasher on a Saturday. Mathew and Tony called before they arrived (early I might add), swapped out my old one for the new one, and installed it in under an hour. Great Job!!

I had a clogged toilet.. Roto rooter promptly sent out Mat and Jay (very knowledgeable) after already working a long day they came out late at night , after already previously and successfully unclogging my toilet I needed a new toilet. Mat and jay both gave excellent suggestions on toilets and installed a new one the following morning. Even after running into a few problems all work was done and I am pleased with the results! Our drains were clogged with sludge, so we called Roto-Rooter. David came, and quickly helped unclog them. He also recommended a product to keep them clear. We're very happy with the service.

I had notice that the water heater for my house didn't work ,so I called Roto-Rooter. When David, the service tech of job 3039, came and took a look at it. He said it didn't meet Allegany County code. David fixed the problem and also replaced any water pipe that had a leakage. He was very nice along with professional. David was so nice he told me about the write a review and get a refund. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooters and hope to see David again.

Earlier this week, I noticed a leak dripping from my ceiling in the kitchen right under my shower. I called roto rooter and asked them to come to take a look. I was expecting a hefty service and involved service but when David showed up he quickly narrowed the problem to a clogged drain. He was able to unclog the drain, we decided to run the shower for a while, and fortunately the leak did not return. Ray and Mat could not have made this a better experience. It was a tough job and they were extremely helpful and friendly. I appriciate all the work that they did to get my drains running again! I will defintiely reccomend them to friends and family.
