When it rains....it floods my basement as it were. My drain was overflowing causing laundry room, large storage room, and garage to be flooded, so emergency situation. Had an issue with my toilet after I tried to repair it myself. Vince number 579 was very prompt and fixed the toilet quickly on a Saturday night no less. Would definitely recommend Roto Rooter and would not hesitate to use them again.
