Excellent service. The technician was friendly, polite and explained everything in detail. In our case it happens the problem was really with the main sewer line - the technician wrote everything down so that it can be reported to the Township and offered to speak with the Townsihp directly. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

I had a plumber come out yesterday to fix a sewer pipe that had burst in the house. The plumber Dan did an amazing job even getting the job started before the contractor crew showed up. Dan was great at keeping in contact to let us know when he would be coming and even kept in contact with the contractor to make sure they would be here in a timely manner. I would call Roto-Rooter any time I needed plumbing services. Very pleased!! Thank you Dan!!

Their plumber, Bill, did a wonderful job of fixing a leaking hot water faucet. He worked quickly and efficiently. I would call Roto-Rooter again the next time we need a plumber.

Great customer service, they could meet me in my house in Brookline at a time that was good for me. The technician was on time, polite, and was careful to be clean in my house. What I couldn't do for 2 days by myself to clear the clog, roto rooter got done in about 30 minutes. And the service comes with a 6 month warranty.

The service was quick and efficient. The technician took care not to get my house all dirty using tarps and boot covers. He also recommended a Roto-rooter product to help eliminate the problem in the future, but didn't pressure me to buy it. Great overall experience

Bill from Roto Rooter came to my house late for a water heater emergency. We were without hot water for 4 days and the part from Whirlpool finally showed up. Bill made 2 separate trips to get the additional parts needed and finally installed a gas control valve that got us up and running again. We were desperate. Roto Rooter fixed us up. Very polite and professional.

i had some plumbing issues about a week ago and Roto-Rooter has done work before so i called them again. the guy came out to do a hydrolic flush on the down stairs bathroom which we did not have issues with, it was the upstairs bathroom. so when he pumped the water in he forgot to close something and all of the water came out all over the floor and into my basement which flooded part of it. the guy didn't even apologize or try to help clean up the water. Had a problem with rain spout not draining - called Roto Rooter and technician was at my house within an hour and had everything taken care of in under 40 minutes. Was poliite, informed me of all options and took care of the matter much to may satisfaction. wouild recommend and use again.
