We have never had to call a plumber for a clogged drain. My husband is pretty handy and can fix most things without needing a professional. Roto-Rooter Service – Thre days ago I had a Roto-Rooter technician fix a sewage that was backing up. The service man was polite and diagnosed the problem and fixed the back up in a timely manner. Though he was relatively young he worked like an old time pro.He went on to explain to me why I had the back up problem and how to avoid it happening again. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6/30/2011 - The Greatest! – We are selling our house in Pittsburgh and during the inspection, they found an issue with one of the drains. The new owner is anxious to get in to the house, but we had to get this fixed. We called Roto-Rooter, who set up an appointment right away, at our convenience. The plumber showed up on time, was friendly, efficient, and solved our problem! thank you!
Honest, Speedy and Reasonable – My sewer started backing up last night after I took a shower around 8:30 pm. I was able to call Roto-rooter Pittsburgh PA and have someone come for no additional charge within 2 hours. My plumber - John, was very personable and honest with me about my price & my problem. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been as well. I highly recommend this company for homeowners with sewer problems.
Great price and service – We had a clogged drain that was difficult to clear after many attemps ourselves, we decided to call Roto rooter because they did not charge extra for after hours or emergencies. Before any work was done we were given a price that we agreed upon. The drain was cleared and the mess cleaned up and put back together within the hour. 6 month guarantee as well! We were very pleased and would definately call them again.
