Had a backed up basement called Roto-Rooter that day they were out at my place by the next morning. They were there pretty much all day trying to unclog the drain. It was a tough clog that needed extra services in which they came out the next day to try and fix. Unfortunately for me the pipes need replacing but the guys that came out were so helpful, professional and so nice they really tried everything they could to help me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was absolutely amazed at the experience I had with roto- rooter. I called them because I had water leaking from the upstairs bathroom toilet when I flushed the toilet. I had multiple plumbers come and tell me that it was frozen, and that I had to let nature take its course. I was beyond frustrated, and I decided to call roto- rooter, which was the best thing I did. I was very pleased with the whole experience when I called regarding a plugged drain in our washing machine tub. The lady who answered the phone was polite and efficient and gave me a time frame when someone would come to help. I got a call back saying it would be a little later than planned and she would call again. The second call came shortly after that and I was told that Bill would be here in 30-40 minutes. Had an plumbing backup in my basement, called Roto Rooter and was surprised to not only have a service man out the next morning but he was so helpful clean and knowledgeable. I had a water pressure reducing valve installed today by service technician Chris Provenzo. He was on time, courteous, explained all the costs ahead of time. He did an excellent, professional job. He instructed me as to how the valve works, and made sure I was satisfied with the water pressure before he completed the job. He did a thorough job of cleaning up after the job was completed. Excellent customer service. Patrick #2595 came to our home and after a quick discussion about the problem wen to work. It was not a easy clog to get loose. But he kept at it. I had another company come out ($99 dollar clean out) last year and the service was so poor I decided to buy my own auger. We last night my auger(cheap) broke. Excellent service!!! We live in the Brookline area and Jordan tech number #1523 came out on one of the coldest days of the year and unclogged our drain. He was very quick and efficent!!! Customer service was excellent as well. They kept in contact with us so we knew when he would be arriving.

Excellent service. The technician was friendly, polite and explained everything in detail. In our case it happens the problem was really with the main sewer line - the technician wrote everything down so that it can be reported to the Township and offered to speak with the Townsihp directly. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!
