I had root rooter come out on very short notice to take care of a back up in my basement Mat got to my house within 45 minutes of me calling and had the problem solved in about 10 minutes and helped me with ways to clean up and and how to keep it from happening again overall he did a fantastic job.

Called roto rooter to come out on a sunday evening. The tech showed up promptly was very knowledgeable and polite. He fixed our backed up sewer in no time at all. I highly recommend Roto Rooter I know if I ever need a plumber again I will definitely be calling them

We called roto rooter for backed up sewer in the basement. Mat came and was very polite, helpful and fixed the problem. A different plumbing company was here a week ago and didnt fix it. I'm glad w decided to give roto rooter a call. Would def use again!

I just had great service from Dustin out of the Brownsville Rd. location. An old valve assembly needed replacement in our laundry area, along with replacing a new ice line to the refrigerator. The service experience was excellent. The appointment was easy to request (late Friday for AM Saturday service). Communication throughout the process was timely and pricing was very reasonable. I'm looking forward to using the service again when the need arises.

Great experience. Replaced our water heater extension tank that was leaking. Then they extracted all the water that leaked into our walls and carpet. Very friendly and courteous. Thank you!

I had a clog in the main sewer drain, causing gray water to back up into the basement. Not awesome. I called Roto Rooter, and they got me a drain specialist within about 5 hours of my call, which I felt was great for a Sunday morning. The dispatch called ahead of the specialist arrival, as was explained to me, and the guy, Tony, specialist 3149, arrived a little early. Mat did a great job figuring out our drain clog and taking his time to clear it out from two locations. Also made some good recommendations how to avoid clogs in future. They called before arriving, and were very prompt with out appointment time- even on a Sunday! We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Matt was here to install a recently purchased dishwasher. He arrived during the appointed time period, calling 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was very efficient and polite. He seemed very knowledgeable and spent time answering any questions we had. If we have any additional plumbing issues, I would certainly want him to do the work.
