Vince and Dave #579 did an excellent job in repairing my bathtub drain. Very good workmanship and professional service.

Roto rooter was able to schedule an appt when I was available on Saturday at no extra charge and they arrived within the two hour time frame they promised. Ozzie was knowledgeable and efficient. He opened my sump pump drain quickly and was neat and respectful of my home. He wore shoe covers to avoid getting my home dirty. Thanks ozie. I appreciate your good service.
My mother had a problem, with the basement drain, with family coming to town tomorrow, a flooded basement was not a good thing, I found roto rooter on line, the service was prompt and efficient
So since Mother Nature has decided to have SEVERE mood swings this year....Blessing us with WAY below freezing temps!! My main water line outside froze up under ground. After calling some of my local plumbers, we found are way to Roto-Rooter they came out and used electricity to unthaw our main water line. FYI: If you have Oakmont Water they are NOT responsible for this!! You has a home owner is!! Thanks to Roto-Rooter we have WATER!! They were very professional, informative and FAST!!! MANY THANKS!!!
Today I had to call a plumber to come in and unclog my main house drain and I was not thrilled about this. I decided to go with Roto-rooter because their competitor was not servicing 'commercial properties' I rent my home so that is what they consider it. I had problem changing bathtub spout. Everyone was telling me it's easy to replace so I tried myself and of course it's not easy.. I was afraid if I might break the pipe so I decid to call professional. Turn out my ex put some type of glue between the pipe and spout when he replaced it last time and plumber had to cut the copper pipe and replace it... vince (579) was the plumber and he was very friendly and fixed the problem in no time.. thank you.. Came home to our home in Leetsdale, PA to a sewage back up on Tuesday night. Called Roto Rooter on Brownsville Rd and they set up an appt to come for 11am the next day. Very courteous service from the person on the phone. Bill Slade (the plumber) came right on time and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional, friendly, neat and clean work. Sunday morning and half of my basement was under very smelly water. I Googled what to do and followed all the instructions, but nothing worked and I knew I was in over my head. My Mom actually reminded me of Roto-Rooter and I immediately looked up the Pittsburgh branch at 756 Brownsville Road.
