Today I had to call a plumber to come in and unclog my main house drain and I was not thrilled about this. I decided to go with Roto-rooter because their competitor was not servicing 'commercial properties' I rent my home so that is what they consider it. I had problem changing bathtub spout. Everyone was telling me it's easy to replace so I tried myself and of course it's not easy.. I was afraid if I might break the pipe so I decid to call professional. Turn out my ex put some type of glue between the pipe and spout when he replaced it last time and plumber had to cut the copper pipe and replace it... vince (579) was the plumber and he was very friendly and fixed the problem in no time.. thank you.. I will recommend rotor rooter to any one.

Called Sunday night, scheduled for 10 to 1 am Sunday night. Got call back, needed to reschedule to Monday morning. Did so, showed up as promised and unclogged my sewer drain. Tech. C.Provenzo worked hard, was professional. I live on Cheswick Ave in Cheswick. Will use service again if needed.

I called on a Saturday evening aftew my sewer backed up in the basement. The technician came promptly Sunday morniing, and fortunately the snake got things going again. He scoped the line and I could see that the condition on the line, and I will need to replace it sometime in the future, but I'm good for now. The technician was professional and got the job done. Service was somewhat pricey, but things were taken care of ASAP and I know the condition of my line after seeing it myself through the scope. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

Tony tech# 3149 was an excellent tech. He showed up within the timeframe window and he was very effecient in solving our problem. He was very kind and courteous and a good representation of the company. I would definately use Roto-Rooter again for my plumbing service.

I had a backed up toilet and tub and its a few days before Thanksgiving. Well I am thankful that I called Roto-Rooter at 756 Brownsville Road. Vince #579 was my technician and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and very friendly. He explained everything to me. He really cares about the customer and in helping people. He worked hard and the drain runs free..yay! I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter at this location and Vince #579 for his dedication to getting the job done and done right! I had a blocked up tube drain that I have done everything I could think of to open it. Last step was to call the professionals. I called Roto Rooter (756 Brownsville pgh, pa) Devan was right out to help take care of it. He was very kind, patient and professional. I have to say this was the best backed up drain I ever had to deal with.

Ryan came out on Sunday morning to check a clog in the main basement sewer line. He snaked the drain but this did not initially seem to help the problem. He was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the pipe with the See Snake camera. Great tool! He found the problem and patiently worked the clog out of the drain as I watched on the monitor. His patience and skill enabled a successful solution to the problem! Highly recommended!
