Earlier this week, I noticed a leak dripping from my ceiling in the kitchen right under my shower. I called roto rooter and asked them to come to take a look. I was expecting a hefty service and involved service but when David showed up he quickly narrowed the problem to a clogged drain. He was able to unclog the drain, we decided to run the shower for a while, and fortunately the leak did not return. When it rains....it floods my basement as it were. My drain was overflowing causing laundry room, large storage room, and garage to be flooded, so emergency situation. I called Roto- rooter, and they handled my call professionally. Mat (technician 996) and his coworker (apologize name slipped memory) were very professional and extremely helpful. Had an issue with my toilet after I tried to repair it myself. Vince number 579 was very prompt and fixed the toilet quickly on a Saturday night no less. Would definitely recommend Roto Rooter and would not hesitate to use them again.
