My wife and I contacted Roto-Rooter Thursday (10/24) because of a clogged bath tub. Matthew arrived the next day (10/25) on time and ready to work. Matthew was personable and knowledgable and helped explain what exactly was going wrong with our clogged drain. Matthew had the problem solved in no time. Matthew was very helpful with my three-fold plumbing issues -- kitchen sink, basement toilet, and master bath sink == all working fine now and even negotiated with me for a discount when an unexpected situation arose. He was fast, efficient, and friendly.

We called Roto-Rooter for a clog in our bathtub that would not resolve with traditional methods. We had attempted to resolve it ourselves for a week and had a feeling of hopelessness. I had the best experience with roto rooter from Brownsville rd. Pittsburgh pa. The cost was more than fair and the service was wonderful. Ozie was a great plumber and a gentlemen ..Thank you for the great work.

I called Roto-Rooter becuase I have had good experience with them in the past, and Pittsburgh Roto-Rooter was no different. Tech. 3039 David was quick to arrive and expel the clog, and he was able to suggest maintenance to my water heater. Very satisfied. 10/10 would call again. Edit: A different tech #579 (Vince) had to return to repair a leaky Pressure Reducing Valve. He was quick and efficient.

We live in HydePark and Tech # 1184 Devan S from Roto Rooter came to our house, to clean our main sewage drain. He was very professional and polite. He fixed our clog, and water is once again flowing. I will definitely refer your company to anyone who may have a plumbing concern. I was informed a half hour prior to him coming so that I was not surprised to see him. He was able to clean the drain in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess.
