I can't express my thanks enough to Dr. Boykin. I had ruptured both of my quad tendons and his surgeries were phenomenal. My right leg was very very complicated and took a difficult surgery and reconstruction. He took on the challenge and we came through it fantastically. I am so thankful I found him. He is professional, intelligent, and skillful. He is also compassionate, caring, and always takes time to address questions and concerns.
Dr. Boykin is a caring, compassionate physician as well as an excellent surgeon. He listened well and guided me through bilateral shoulder surgeries fore severe osteoarthritis. These provided complete pain relief and great functional results that fit my lifestyle. Now I am enjoying activities that were impossible pre-op. I am very grateful for Dr. Boykin’s expertise-highly recommend!
Dr. Boykin performed a complicated shoulder surgery for me in September, 2022. My rotator cuff was completely severed and 3 connected muscles were badly damaged. Dr. Boykin carefully evaluated all options before choosing to do a balloon spacer procedure. It was minimally invasive and after 6 months of physical therapy, I am able to do almost all normal functions. Dr. Boykin is a masterful surgeon who individualizes his treatment options and maintains communication with the physical therapist throughout recovery.

Doctor Boykin did a great job put a new ball and socket in my right shoulder it was outpatient he told me the first three days was the hardest it was but after that I was not on any meds did physical therapy after 3 months 17 visits they let me go just to keep on exercising at home. The shoulder works awesome no pain awesome job Thank you Doctor Boykin for taking the pain away I would definitely recommend him 10 out of 10 in my book his staff was awesome too.
Dr. Boykin has been treating me for a tear in my right rotator cuff. I opted not to have shoulder surgery but he has been giving me Cortisone shots in my shoulder and they’re working just fine. He has a caring manner and listens. I would opt for him as my orthopedic physician even if my insurance wouldn’t cover the charge.
Dr Boykin replaced my left shoulder in February 2022. My shoulder is better than ever. He is very kind and understanding. He listens to everything you have to say. You never feel rushed and yet you don’t have to wait long in the office. He is very professional and knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. He genuinely cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Boykin.
