Dr. Boykin is great. He’s knowledgeable and smart. He cares. He’s down to earth, no pretenses. Did a great job in my bum shoulder. Did all he could to help me even after surgery. Highly recommend.
We chose Dr. Boykin due to his expertise and demeanor. Not only is he an expert in his field but the time he takes with his patients is commendable. You never feel as if you are being rushed and he takes the time to make certain that you understand all that is going on. We willingly drove 1 hour and 15 minutes each way to take our daughter to him for a sports related injury. His care was remarkable. Following her surgery her knee is in fantastic condition. We highly recommend Dr. Boykin.

Dr Boykin did an outstanding job on my shoulder surgery, I have no pain, and have full range of motion after a reversal shoulder surgery. He treated me with the upmost care, and each visit was exceptional from everyone at the office…he is highly recommended and commendable on doing a great job.
Doctor Boykin & his assistant Mark were extremely professional, caring & thorough. I feel like I was treated by the best available surgeons in Ashville & I highly recommend them to anyone who has any type of shoulder injury. I had surgery in March & released in September ; pain free & I had very little pain through the whole procedure & therapy.

Was directed to this Center from my GP and found that I felt comfortable with the experience and knowledge of the doctor who would do surgery on my right shoulder.Dr Boykin performed my surgery to perfection and I could not be any happier with my recovery and final results.
Dr Boykin did rotary repair on my husband and also on my shoulder. We both did excellent. This past December Dr Boykin did total replacement on my husband’s other shoulder. He is 81 years old. He is now doing anything he wants to. We raise a garden and husband has cattle and mowed hay and put up. Dr Boykin is one of the best Dr’s we know. He is very kind and seems to really care for his patients. He always answers all our questions. We would recommend him to anyone that has shoulder problems.
Dr.Boykin did a total shoulder replacement last for me. Surgery was very successful and recovery was easy to manage. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly to his patients.
