I have been a patient of Dr Boykin for two years now. I had a bilateral quad tendon rupture. He was extremely experienced in this rare case and got me through all of this with flying colors. He does what's best for the patient, maybe not always what we want to hear, but what's the best protocol for complete success. I would not hesitate to go back to him again. Hopefully I don't have to LOL, great bedside manners, I can't say enough positive things.
Dr. Boykin did revision surgery on my shoulder. My shoulder was in bad condition and he basically saved my shoulder. I am very appreciative of his skill. I highly recommend Dr. Boykin

I came to Dr. Boykin in a lot of pain and was in a bad situation. He worked with me through the whole process including finally needing to proceed with shoulder surgery. This was on my right shoulder. It was very painful after surgery but in the long run it was worth it. It feels much better now. But now my left shoulder hurts a lot and I came back to him to try and get help with it now. I recently saw Dr. Boykin when I started getting symptoms of a possible infection in my shoulder that was replaced five years ago. This could be the result of another operation I had six months ago. In my visits I have always found Dr. Boykin to be friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take whatever time necessary to examine and explain whatever is going on. Dr. Boykin is one of the best doctors I know.
Dr Boykin is a very kind Dr. He explains everything that he is going to do. He answers any questions we might have. He has done shoulder repair on both me and my wife’s shoulders. I have a shoulder replacement scheduled and I feel confident I have one of the best Drs there is anywhere.
Dr. Boykin performed my 3 shoulder surgeries, 2 rotator cuff, one reverse replacement. I cannot say enough about what an amazing surgeon and person he is. I have a close relative who is a surg tech and works with him most every week. Her comment to me was "he does art, not surgery, there is no one else who can do what he can do". That was enough for me. He is truly the best.
I was completely satisfied with my appointment with Dr Boykin. He answered all my questions and was responsive to my concerns. He communicates in a clear and patient manner.
