I applied for credit and was awarded x/week. On October 9th I placed an order and made my first payment. I scheduled delivery for the 11th. On the 11th I was unable to contact the store because the phone was disconnected. I called the main customer support number and was told that they were able to get a hold of the district manager, and my item would still be delivered that evening. ******************...I was told i will get a refund on a product never delivered. This was in august of this year. Here it is 2 months later, still havent recieved my refund. Called corporate they was no help. Called local store and manager was very rude. RAC i want my money back pls. Im on disability living on a monthly check. You are a multimillionaire company. Its nothing to return ****** for an item i never recieved, shame on you!!!
