Im constantly harassed twice a week by phone for payment to both contact numbers provided.their staff constantly come to my home harassing to get their merchandise, which explained my stepson has the game in ******* somewhere that his mother took him. Indicated my bank acct was hacked and working on sending the 2-3 missed payments . I asked for staff to stop coming to my *********** still do. Staff lied & noted I waved scissors at them outside my home when I let my husband speak to the male staff as I was outside decorating ... read more

I have had the absolute worst experience with them. Theyve done nothing but harass me and be so rude when trying to handle business with them. The manager is so hateful and thinks its okay to threaten customers.

my name is ***** and i was renting a bedroom furniture set which i paid off this past march 2023. today is 10/6/2023 and i called the store i purchased this from (*****, **) and asked them if they could repair my bed frame since its still basically new. the bracket holding the frame together snapped at the bottom of the bed. ***, whom i spoke with asked me if i had the insurance for the bedroom furniture and i told him i did not know about any insurance offered because last time i rented from RAC they just fixed things if th... read more

Would give them 0 stars out of 10 if I could. Nightmare began in 12/2016, rented an item, paid, and returned when done. To this day, they still are reporting as Acceptance Now on my credit report that I was/am late in payments even though their merchandise was returned in EARLY 2017, and I'm writing this in OCTOBER 2023. I just want them off all three of my credit reports. Word to the wise...never ever do business with this company.
