Hello I can't even give 1 star. The store on West El Camino unprofessional the store Manger Victoria needs to be fired ,Maria needs to be trained on customer service. I've been with them for 30 plus years since those 2 started working there the store has went down Hill. I've asked multiple times to speak to a higher up manager and they REFUSED. So please if CORRPORT SEES THIS Please reply back go my email something needs to be done about this place. ??

Called in to see how much I owed on some items I had planned on paying off, never gave a solid answer. *****, the manager, was absolutely rude with me and hang up when I began to get irritated. This is the 9th Avenue location in **********, **. As a manager, he should be the last employee to be rude. I have heard several other people having issues with the same manager. I think it should be time for a change.

the only reason I gave them one star is because there was no option for zero. My husband purchased a mattress from them and was making payments. He was late one week and they came pounding on my door. Mind you were estranged and Im living in my in-laws home until I make arrangements during the divorce process because we do have a child in the home, I was very cooperative. Renter A Center sales repo furniture @ full price and the head of the company total agree with this dishonesty act. They allow u to pick the furniture off the floor and bring old furniture out to customer.

Absolutely does not deserve a star or even deserve to be open. Awful, the business is scamming customers and isnt correct on its advertisements, its unethical, remorseless, just everything about its business and products. I also asked if they had everything in a contract recorded for me to read and I was told to go elsewhere and that they didnt want my business and they denied my application.

Ive been renting from rent a center for many yrs in ***** never had an issue with them before! I owed a day and forgot so i made a payment weekly and continued too tell them i was having surgery they told me that they had looked at my fb and now are contacting my in laws from my ******** account blowing up my phone harassing me constantly! Your office in ********** **** is terrible if you are one day late they start texting and threatening to come get the product. They are rude and disrespectful to their clients. If I didn't need the freezer I have I would let them take it back . Even though they broke a book shelf and cracked boards on my deck .

First off I was paying them every week. Even with that being said they would call me about 15 times a day. They would even send people to my house once a week. I even had a missed FaceTime call from them. When I first made my order for a dryer I paid for same day shipping which I didnt get. The drivers were at the store and refused to bring it to my house. They told me if they had to bring it I would have to wait a week for it. They said I could have gotten it same day if someone came pick it up. Anyways, the problem started... read more
