I have a contract with I default on payment s by two weeks because I had got a new debit card and forgot to updated all off the sudden the manager and workers there calling me from random phones number and harassing me telling we are going to call the police on you if you dont pay also today a police officer from hood calling on behalf of rent a center if I dont pay them Im going to go to jail thats total harassment by the store and NOPD so I told them they can come pick up their stuff not going to. On January 26, 2023, I rented a refrigerator because my refrigerator broke at my rental home. I rented the refrigerator for one week and paid $137.05. I moved the following month out of the rental home, and no longer even live in the state that I rented the refrigerator from your store, Rent-a-center Store located at ************************************** ************* *****. Purchased a brand new $3200 couch. Was delievered broken. They did not want to cancel contract or refund cash payment that was paid yesterday. No apologies were made and managers were behind the desk in another room making smart comments, cussing and laughing.

Rent a center sold me what was supposed to be a new refrigerator, that last 6 Mos they came and got it and gave me a loaner. I never got a new refrigerator and the loan which I was paying on and paid off only lasted 9 Mos. I went to Rent a center, they told me they had no Refrigerators. And they could not help me I called corporate they had a man name ****** who was the district manager call me he took my compliant and was sippose to get back to me well its been 2 weeks and no call back. I got a bedroom set from RCA in ********** ****. It came with bed bugs they refused to it picked up. Not making no more payments.
I don't think they deserve to be open. I have been with rent a center since **************************************************************** them giving us a loner until are product was fixed. We payed off the couch with it being broken why we was still paying on it and they refused to fix so we finished paying it off and the washer broke on us today and they are refusing to even give us a loner until the fix that one
The furniture I purchased was not acceptable..they replaced my furniture with some embarrassing office furniture..I'm so disappointed and frustrated..I fell violated and I believe that it's racial motivated. The manager is very disrespectful and I'm upset and sad..I've been loyal and I never missed a payment. I need help .
