They sent us a damaged product and we returned it they said they could come for it at Friday at 5pm never showed me and wife left to corpus for the rest of the weekend and they got mad because they couldnt pick up on Saturday when we arranged for Friday and they never showed after they had there product returned I wanted to try for something different and they denied me due to thats not the way the do business saying I refused to give them there product when they never showed up the day they set this place is very unprofessi... read more

Runaround all week. ***** the manager obviously doesn't want your business and gets a kick out of making you think hes busy and that hes gonna call you right back in 10 minutes. Dont fall for that (Twice)I'll never go through any rent a center ever again ***** ruined that for me by constantly lying about the item I bought on Saturday. Pick up was for Tuesday.
