******** is a horribly ***** and judgmental woman she was working the front desk when I went in to pick up the item that I had been approved for and signed an agreement to. I even made the first payment. Then, when I get in there, she begins to belittle me and judge me, and then question my integrity of where I work and where I live, so I offer her my paystubs and lease she didnt begins to tell me to get out of her store, or wed have a problem. Don't do it, I have paid ****? For a 700 dollar bicycle with bad brakes and now they are coming to take it because cancer has made me unable to pay. Heartless bloodsuckers.
This location is an absolute joke, I tried to get a mattress and and bed frame from here after paying off my washer and fryer I got from another location that was behind from me being on bed rest for a high risks pregnancy well documented store manger understood I even got a check for same as cash to use again and ordered everything called to see the delivery time and was told oh jk we've canceled it ur not getting the items

My furniture still have not been fix and its been over 6 months I called file complaints and nothing been done. My furniture is now paid off and I cant even enjoy it because of the delays and broken promises. There has to be something done about this situation Im have look into a lawyer and take this to court I will never buy furniture again from this company ZERO STAR
