Awful business the location on **************** *********** .. disrespectful staff, store manager allow , the employees to be disrespectful..I would not recommend to anyone.

I did a review on them and put 0 because of miscommunication. Everything has been communicated and I hope the ********** in ****** ** on ************** gets this review. They did an awesome job even though I didn't end up financing anything. I would like to thank ****** ( I know I spelled his name wrong) for all his help and professionalism.

This is by far the absolute most garbage company to work with when it comes to lease anything. They don't give an inkling of respect or an ounce of compassion or care to their customers. My wife was down with covid for this last week and I was affected by inclement weather. We asked for a tide over and for them not to pick up our products. Again this is NOT ON OUR HANDS we did not ask for this. We did not ask to be sick or off for inclement weather. The store in ****** **** has poor customer service and rude employees. They tell you one thing and never note it or explains to other employees what is going on. Poor management. Had to leave one star but would not even give them that.

Would not recommend, I went to Value city to get a table and a sectional and got told that it was 120 days to pay it off. I am almost at my 120 day **** and notice that the contract is misleading. I thought that the total that was on the contract included the 12 percent but it didn't it was another amount so instead of my things being **** my total is more I already made 4 payments of ******, **** now I'm told I have to pay **** on 01/19. I completed an online application on Rentacenter.com to rent an Asus 14" ***** Celeron N4020 Laptop on Thursday, December 8, 2022. **** texted me from the rent a center text number at 1:10am stating he would review my order. I'm a customer since 2011 . Bought and paid for all my things no problem. My store *************. Recently merged with *************. Without letting there customers know what was going on. I pay auto so I would not know they moved. I did notice they missed taken my payments 2 times before I found out what happened. In the mean time my bed broke for the second time. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time here in the ********** ** area. I have not been 100% on time but I always pay and catch up. Yesterday was very stressful for me. I am recovering from COVID and that is a financially as well. My husband and I both were off a total of 7 days. Yesterday my 5yr old has flu and in the time answering the phone my son throws up on my foot and I had just hung up paying my car payment which took my whole check! Rent a center in Bath **.. had changed how I pay to autopay, on Nov 25 2022. I called and complained to the manager. He took a late payment that was due on Nov 19th and he took a payment that WAS NOT DUE , WITHOUT OUT MY AUTHORIZATION ! Yes he did do that ! He said that " he changed it to autopay so that I would not have a late fee ! THE PAYMENT WAS NOT EVEN DUE AND HE TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT ! He had done this before and I told him..
