I have recently fell ill and have always tried to make timely payments. I am behind two weeks on my agreement I had to wait for insurance to issue me another cell phone because the coverage doesnt work anymore. Its one thing to show up at someones house which I get theyre doing their jobs but its unlawful to pull in front of my driveway to the point I cant pull out as I was leaving to go to the doctor. I had intended to buy a 85 inch TV a stand. it has been two years and still paying it should be paid off . I pay 120 every two weeks iI I have bought other things from them with no problem and paid it off. New management came in and it seems like they are robbing me. I tried calling them all they say is I owe them money. Besides the tv was used. I say am done paying I think I paid this company enough. Hopefully something can be done with the way they do business.

I have fully purchased 2 different items from here in the past 5 years. Each time the salesperson is great at the start, but turns bad after that first visit. If a payment was late in any way, they would harass 2-3 times daily until it was paid. This wouldn't be bad if the preferred contact way was used. I work in a fast paced environment during the day, so I would ask to be contacted in the evening hours. Their salespeople would harass everyone around me, who's numbers were not given to them, for the day until I called and ... read more
