They are a horrible business they harass people, not only that they overcharge people. I will not send anyone to this company ever.

The sofa set we bought from Rooms to Go is awesome. However, Rooms to Go had an Acceptance Now (90 day same as cash lease to own) office, in their show room. We went with that route because we had used the parent company, who recently acquired them, ***** successfully in the recent past. We did the paperwork and paid down what was required, had two auto payments and was told to call in for the final payment, just in case we had any late fees or slight overage. No stars ! I got a bedroom set & tv from here my ex took the furniture out they now saying I sold the furniture they I let them in as a courtesy to show them. Their furniture is not here to go and let it go into delinquency, and I will take care of it from there further as I cannot now, as my ex was paying the payments I put it in my name, because I had better credit at the time they come to my house every day, banging on my door, harassing me, threatening me, cursing me out with the blow **** sirens yelling, my full name to... read more
I've been using them for **************************************************************************************************************************************** for payment. We are on a tight income when I can I will pay my washer and dryer off and never use them again...... You lost a long time costumer
