We have two messages we're Rent A Center was taking money out of our account for our last payment. Keeps calling and calling people that we did not put down as a reference asked them not call after the first time they called and they still continued to call . Called and spoke to John the manager at store if he could give till morning because it was my grandson game system , he stated payment or equipment at this point I was so mad I began to say words I shouldn't. These people literally start harassing you 1 day after your payment is due, sometimes the same exact day it is due. The have called my phone more than 8 times in one day, one of the items they are calling about has 3 payments left on it.Products are over priced and low quality at the same time. They changed my due date to the days I get paid without my authorization that alone is a problem. The guys busted my window out of my home! I am a single mother that lives alone with my 2children I was being bullied and violently harassed by 2 big men then the supervisor came which was about 350 pounds so then I had3meninmy face trying to say they didn't bust my window but luckily I had a neighbor over at the tie it took place so I have a witness! Very unprofessional. I called and made arrangements to pay a balance that was a week late and they continued to harass me with phone calls and coming to my home even after I made arrangements. They bang on the door like they are angry. The store manager texts me from her personal phone harassing me. I will never recommend anyone come here.
