This company came to my house 6 times harrased my 75 year old mom making threats all kinds of stuff because the person we rent a room to missed a payment they raised there voice to her tried to have her let them in the this ladies room threatened to call the landlord threatened legal action this company has crossed the line and deserves to be be shut down

If I could give Zero stars I would. The past 6 months I have had to endure the lying, harassing, employees at the Newnan and also their other manager from Union City. First off they dropped the couch at my front door and broke the recliner. Since they force you to take the insurance, You would think they would get it fixed. Ok we bought a washer, dryer, and (2) recliners at the Covington, Va location. We paid off the washer and dryer in full and told the manager we wanted to pay the recliners off as well but we would like the broken one fixed first, they came out beat it with a hammer it reclined once. Was sold a mattress that was a bare and switch in other words was sold a quality mattress and was delivered a lesser quality mattress and upon return of the mattress the company refused to refund my purchase

The nightmare..I've been paying never missed the payment am on auto pay..the money keeps going up all the time..I called them three weeks back to find out how much more do I have to pay they told me $700 the price went up because I passed the 6 months due. Never nwe about it. These people gave us furniture that wasn't all put together they tried to put it together they didn't have that pieces for everything and we slept on the middle part of the bed was up more than the bottom or the top anyways I don't think Rent-A-Center should be in business anymore I think they should have went out with the mom and pop stores in the covid situation
I had to put a star for this review, but this company or particular store don't deserve that. I have been doing business with this company for a while and I have NEVER experienced the things I have within the last month. I'm not enrolled in the auto payment, but I have been. One week I unenrolled because I didn't have the money that particular day. All of a sudden, I get an alert I was in overdraft due to this payment.
