RAC has purposely robbed us,in our rental agreement it states that at anytime we may cancel the agreement without penalty to us. We let them know we were moving and we needed them to come get the couches we told them the date of the move , they told us they would find someone to come get the couches, that was weeks ago .we've been on the phone fighting to have them get the couches, moving day came and still they did not get the couches, now there trying to put the remainder balance on my credit basically forcing me to pay fo... read more

The refrigerator I rented was not the best, but I only needed it until mine was fixed. However the main reason for me to complain is I can't get them to send me a receipt. I need the receipt for reimbursement from the protection plan. They have given me so many excuses and promises and still no receipt. They even told me they mailed it, nope! What is so hard about getting a receipt.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Recently, I was behind on ONE single payment. This was the first time my account had ever been behind. My local Rent-A-Center had been contacting me to collect my past due payment. At that time, I was out of town because my grandfather has Stage 4 Lung Cancer and was undergoing radiation treatments. I used acceptance now to purchase through Bob's discount furniture unfortunately I've used them several times before and have a excellent history with making payments and paying off my merchandise in a timely manner within the 4 months 120 days. This particular time I had stuff going on in my life and due to covid-19 we're all going through something I was 4 days late for my payment last payment. Rent a center is a joke bad customer service in store on Tennessee st. In Tallahassee FL. Manager Scott very rude to customers continuesly. Always says I'm on late in payments when I ask every time does this make th payment current

Very bad customer service. I was a customer at the Cartersville Georgia location and I had paid $40/week for 35 weeks on a washer and dryer and then when I moved to the Dalton Georgia location I moved all of my belongings except for the washer and dryer bc in my contract I signed along with rent a center stated that if I moved I had to inform rent a center so that rent a center could make arrangements to move the items listed on the contract. These people are scandalous, if you purchase through them, they will charge you triple the cost of the item you bought. I bought through Ashley Home Furniture for 1900. and will end up paying Rent-A-Center over 5,000.00. Wolves in sheeps clothing! They call themselves Acceptance Now and sell you a load of lies. Do not purchase from Acceptance Now or Ashley's home Furniture.

Lemoore Ca Location , As advertised 4-6 months same as cash ; selected the store location & ordered a New fridge and , straight to the point. The original Order i placed was canceled because the agent at the store found - & i quote (NEW) fridge at another store location & can have it picked up & delivered to me.
