Absolutely does not deserve a star or even deserve to be open. The manager is rude does not care about her customers in fact she actually makes up lies to make herself sound good Absolutely the most unprofessional person I've ever met and she loves selling people items that do not work and then lying and saying they did when u got them have been paying for my dryer 3 months now and it's only worked a total of 2 weeks I've called repeatedly she gets rude and hangs up on people and now refuses to answer the phone all together ... read more

Awful, the business is scamming customers and isnt correct on its advertisements, its unethical, remorseless, just everything about its business and products. I also asked if they had everything in a contract recorded for me to read and I was told to go elsewhere and that they didnt want my business and they denied my application.

Ive been renting from rent a center for many yrs in ***** never had an issue with them before! I owed a day and forgot so i made a payment weekly and continued too tell them i was having surgery they told me that they had looked at my fb and now are contacting my in laws from my ******** account blowing up my phone harassing me constantly! In ***** i told them i was going into the hospital and id speak with them on the first this was never an issue! They refuse too listen too me and respect me!
