If I could give zero or negative stars, I would do so - -100 stars. I have been chasing a refund from this company since September of 2022. On top of being nonresponsive, they make you jump through all kinds of hoops to get the refund. Got a letter confirming the refund in September 2022...nearing the end of April 2023 and still nothing. Worst customer experience I've personally dealt with in my life. Avoid working with this company at all costs.

However, I was two days away from complete my purchase of your Grand Manor Bed and 5 Drawer Chest set. Overall the company is great, but the managers in the retail stores not so great and that's going to take the company down in the long run, because nothing is being done.
