This is the horrible company. payed off my account on the 6th, got a called today about a passed due amount. Th e lady on the phone called me unprofessional because i was upset that i keep getting calls. Asked to speak to a supervisor and she got on the phone and transferred me to Steven. Wow this dude pretty much told me i shouldn't talk to his associates like that and that my account was paid in full so leave it alone. WOW! This is the worse company I've ever seen , I called two months to find out an early buy out option because they're basically charging me a ridiculous interest rate , a couch that was 1400 turns into 3100 if you don't pay it off in 90 days which is ridiculous . But anyways I called they said $600 early but our two months ago , I call again today 6/29/21 and they told me my early buy out is $725 !!! Acceptance Now uses false advertisements to lure customers and then drains them financially with hidden costs and fees written into multi year contracts without the customers knowledge or consent. I would compare it to a bait and switch. The bait is "no credit" required for purchases and biweekly payments spread over 12 weeks. Seems harmless right. The switch is once you sign, the company sticks you with multiple fees that inflates your purchase price to double or triple the amount. Ask what the fees are and no one seems to ... read more
They took 2 payments from my account and still have not receive a refund,everytime you called and ask for a manager they are never available....i tried several times to speak with a manager and can never get through....will not recommend this to anybody not even my worst enemy smh...
We are beyond furious with the lack of customer service and professionalism shown by Bobbie W***** the Manager at the ************ Way location in Cincinnati Ohio. From the very beginning she signed us up for the protection waiver and extra costs that my husband said he didn't want (I was present for this conversation), when asked about it (approximately a month later when we noticed it) why she fradulently signed my husbands name to the paperwork she said "she didn't do ****, that the computer automatically does it". If I could leave a negative star I would. The ****** location is the WORST place to deal with. Lee the "manager" if that's what you wanna call him is the BIGGEST liar there is. I made a purchase with them a lil over 4 weeks ago and all my items were brand new in the box and when the bedroom suite was taken out of the box and put together it was broken and defected and so the guys had to come out over a week later and "fix" it and come to find out it was a defect and could not be fixed. SCAMMERS! This company created two accounts under my name. One showing accurate on time payments the second is showing 28 days pass due. It's been two months and they have yet to update my account. They call everyday and I have to tell the same story about how my account is supposed to show current. They just keep telling me that they see my payment and the account is in review for update but yet someone still manages to call everyday telling me my account is over 20 days pass due. Purchased a washer in february and paid it off yesterday to utilize my 90 day payoff option only to find out that they reported on my credit report yesterday that I opened a new account in the amount of 1886.00 the washer I paid off was only 849.00. Have been getting the run around for explanations, meanwhile this can hurt my credit worthiness and score with the 3 credit bureaus. The total opposite of helping to build my credit.
