I made arrangements for Autopay, I paid on time every time for 2 years. 12 items were paid on time off entirely or early. I had surgery, I missed one payment. I called and reset everything to auto pay. They still sent men to my door every day to try and scare me, they called me 15 times a day. When I was home and the two big men came knocking on my door, they did not know why. I spoke with the store manager on the phone. I have multiple things from there. I pay for a warranty so that if anything happens they can be fixed. Well my washer stopped working and they told me they are not going to fix it they want me to keep paying for it which I’m not going to they won’t take it back. It has been sitting in my driveway I don’t want the set if they aren’t going to work and not going to get fixed when something happens. Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered!! The local store will try to swindle you out of your money and force you to use the store rather than the website and prevent you from using coupon codes. I was treated rudely and couldn't get the service or the discount. Rent a Center is a fraudulent company. A scam, thieves. Extremely disappointed. They tamper with your account and try to force to pay whatever they want. BBB should look into this company more closely.
