DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I was told to pay of my couch with in 6 months, I called on the day it was due to pay the remaining balance and was told because it was the day of the lease agreement ending I had entered a lease for my couch and my total went from $900 to $2000 in a day. Which is more than the couch itself cost. I then had to pretend to want to buy another couch to even get an AcceptanceNow representative on the phone. **Be Careful** Placed an order for a table on 12/4 for a delivery for 12/27. Employee offered to get the order delivered on 12/24 from 1-3pm. I agreed. That day at 3pm when I inquired regarding the delivery, I was told would come at 5pm since it took 3 men to assemble the table. I agreed as well since I needed the table and it was Christmas eve. At 4pm I received a phone call that they were on their way, however, I had to step out to the store at which point the employee stated "he is done" and canceled the order and deliver... read more

Poor business communications, took funds from an account without delivering service, checked caller ID and made my service feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Ok without them not being able to provided furniture but its sad that I had to keep contacting them about information. Will never do business with this corporation. Shame you have to feel like your begging for borrowed items. Should've made a purchase else where before speaking to them. Take your funds other places then here🤑

I paid for the insurance paid off my French door Refrigerator a week later it went out both fans top and bottom now they gave me a loaner and have me paying for it so what is the use of having the insurance if I still have to pay for the loaner.And they use a third party company called benefits plus and it's out of their hands.The store manager said we should only pay for 2 weeks here it is a full month later I don't think I should be paying for the Loaner get someone here to repair my Fridge Everytime I use RAC I just know ... read more

Lazy and unprofessional. Late and unconsiderate. Been waiting for my furniture to be swapped for 2 weeks. I was told it would of been delivered one day and it never came. They claimed their truck was down for repairs but we called and they stated they had deliveries to do. Changed the day for my swap then showed up an hour and a half late. Then said the new couch wouldn't fit through my door which is bull cause we had a bigger couch already inside. Then they left with my new couch and parts of my current couch

Ray and Susan.. They are liars. Told me on Monday had my washer dryer all set for Saturday. Avoided called 2 days then finally had Brittany tell me they all set to go. Even Saturday at 1 she told me our washer dryer loading up ready go. Called back at 3pm oh no they waiting I b me to sign up on a link. Everyone of them lied to me I wouldn't do business with this store at all. Sevierville TN Store stay away liars ****** ******

My boyfriend got a bedroom set first it took almost a month to get the set in its entirety because the manager "forgot to bring it" so he didn't have end tables. Then my boyfriend fell behind on payments so I took over, i fell behind so my card was taken off of auto pay, well I gave them the # over the phone catch everything up, now they have ran my card without my consent multiple times. The worst customer service! Being rude must be a requirement to work there. Being told incorrect information just to make a sale. Both Joplin, Mo locations are a complete joke.

So my wife and I bought a bed that had a store price of $2,100 from Ashley's Furniture Store. With tax included,the bed was a little over $2,300. However, my wife finished paying off the bed so we officially own it.....or should anyway. But the credit company by the name of Acceptance Now claimed that we don't own the bed because we still owe $2,100. They claim that the entire bed is $5,000.
