I got a bedroom set from RCA in ********** ****. It came with bed bugs they refused to it picked up. Not making no more payments.
I don't think they deserve to be open. I have been with rent a center since **************************************************************** them giving us a loner until are product was fixed. We payed off the couch with it being broken why we was still paying on it and they refused to fix so we finished paying it off and the washer broke on us today and they are refusing to even give us a loner until the fix that one

The manager is very disrespectful and I'm upset and sad..I've been loyal and I never missed a payment. I need help .
