Anyone who has purchased from this location is risking adopting an infestation of *** BUGS! The ***BUGS and COCKROACHES have taken over the backrooms of this store and have been seen inside the furniture by multiple employees. THIS PROBLEM IS KNOWN! I came into the store on 6/27/23. I was looking to rent a product, while in the store the manager ****** was with a customer, an employee came to him for assistance with a call. To which he responded "why the h*** did you hand me this call." He then proceeded to go on a rant about the phone call at the front desk berating this employee. They added on an extra Rental agreement to bedset at the last minute because they didn't carry the original frame , and since then I've been denied a grace ****** on my payment of 4 days , I don't mind paying the late fee it's just the manager is far from professional or courteous will definitely NEVER recommend Nor use this Company again !

I have tried for 6 months to access my online account, no one at the store or customer service center will help me. keep getting ticket numbers for escalation which is a joke because no one calls back and still no help. cant reset password on website it never actually sends a email I read all the complaints listed below with the response call customer service . what a joke they don't help either star rating one , only because I had to choose ******* star option

This is by far the WORST loan I've ever had. It was over two years ago when I got a loan through them because I was waiting for my ID to come in so I had to use them instead of conns. I was paying 150 dollars every month and only about 20 dollars was going towards my actual payment while the rest was interest. To top it off my total amount would increase. None of it made since. They will rob you with no care. Crazy that it's even legal for them to charge so much in interest and then keep adding to it. It was like my loan was... read more
