I sent my washer and for repaired they bring me the washer back not working. They said it's not warranty. It is not their problem. So I'm stuck with the washer and dryer. And the washer does not work. I was not buying this I was renting. I will be calling headquarters and canceling my weekly payments. They can puck ot up.

I had a problem with my fridge, it stopped working and I can't afford to go dine out, plus all food went bad. I contacted sears warranty who suggested I need to rent a refrigerator. I called rent a center in Compton, a lady named Emily took my order and told me she will send me the fridge by 1:30. I sent someone to wait at the home and no one showed up till 2:20, I called back to ask when the driver will be in, she got mad, cancelled my order and told me that I have to be patient because someone gave me the wrong information... read more

If I can give this company -1000 stars I would. I got our furniture via AcceptanceNow (aka Rent-A-Center) and I was willing to pay the absurd price. But, I lost my job and realized we can no longer afford it. I reached out via email (because they have this option on their Contact Us page on the AcceptanceNow website) and have not received a reply EVER. I got Rent-A-Center when I moved into my new home because I need to go furniture that was July 2021 everything was fine at first and as everybody knows Covid is a thing my family ended up getting Covid not once but twice then my husband ended up losing his job over it which wasn't even supposed to happen I also had a C-section in November. So. I have signed a contract with Rent A Center. I have been consistent with my job until they started cutting hours and messing with our pay "something I cannot control". Then this year I got laid off my job due to having a high risk pregnancy, having falls and I fell down cement stairs so I was in the hospital for a very long time... Purchased bedroom furniture and had it delivered to my home. Upon inspection of the furniture we saw that the furniture was broken in several pieces. Also the screws and other parts of the bed were not included. The delivery person says I don't know what happened to them. My husband had to take photos of it and bring it down to the store. Instead of taking it back and having it replaced they told my husband they would order parts and have it repaired. I started raining a washer and dryer from rent a center in December of 2019 it is now march of 2022.. I received a letter from rent a center saying my items were paid and they want me back but when I call they said I still have 43 weeks of payments to go. What a load of **** that's the longest agreement I've ever saw

My contract has been changed without authorization. Any time I've gone inside the establishment to pay they give random numbers, when on my account online it says we only owe $46/week. The most recent contract I got a copy of doesn't have mine or my husband's signature anywhere on it. The workers also borderline harass me with phone calls or showing up to my door if I'm even a couple days late on payments.
