They are too expensive.charge double what purchase is worth. I gave like 1200$ for something and I only owe like 4-500$ left our work has like stopped .I'm receiving a retirement in a week or so .and I'm telling them just to give me a little longer and they are giving me grief.which I understand there part but they need to wait .and stop harassing me ty

I had a problem with my dryer and posted a complaint with the BBB. Since then I have had a wonderful relationship with the store where I purchased it. They are truly trying to resolve the problem. So, I am giving them a 5star review because they are being very transparent with me and helping me with exchanging my dryer with a new dryer. So, definitely shop at Rent-A-Center!!! They are extremely great 👠👌!!!!!

This company has harassed my wife and myself - they have over charged us, lied about the interest rate that we were told we would pay. However, I noticed that the payments were not what we had agreed to. I advised them to pick up the product a year ago and they have refused and insist on us paying. This company has no morals!

They call you on the exact date the payment is due and everyday that you are late they call you it is border line harassment!!!! I'm always a couple days late but I always make my payments I have been dealing with them for 5 years now and it's time to quit it!!!!! They change my agreement from bi weekly to monthly without my knowledge so when I try to make the payment online it's asking for a whole month worth when it should be only bi weekly amount!!!! They suck bad!!!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I rented a bed room set January 2021.. in April I got put on disability leave due to a high risk pregnancy which I delivered 3 weeks early with a NICU stay and myself being in the hospital for two additional weeks. I had spoken to a manager after they started harassing myself and my family. I told them the situation and the person told me they didn't care I was in the hospital, a family member needed to pay it or they were going to enter our home and take it. I DO NOT recommend this place! THEY LIED TO ME!! I got a couch from them because they gave me a ($100 off credit) for paying off my dryer as long as I got something that day. The couch was $450 + tax. When I asked him "so the couch will be $350 +tax with the $100 off?" He said "yes". I then stood right in front of this guy called my boyfriend and told him about it and we decided to go ahead and get it. The manager at the Stillwater store should be fired. He has yelled and screamed at multiple customers. That is not a manager I will continue to spread knowledge to the local community until he is gone.
