This is my 2nd time renting with acceptance now . The 1st time was flawless but this time it has been such a horrible experience. I told acceptance now to come pick up their furniture about 2 weeks ago . And they instead offered a settlement offer of ***** within 45 days to close out my agreement . Last night, I paid it . I went over this over and over with ******* and she reassured me it was closed and there was nothing else to worry about. They added on an extra Rental agreement to bedset at the last minute because they didn't carry the original frame , and since then I've been denied a grace ****** on my payment of 4 days , I don't mind paying the late fee it's just the manager is far from professional or courteous will definitely NEVER recommend Nor use this Company again !

I came into the store on 6/27/23. I was looking to rent a product, while in the store the manager ****** was with a customer, an employee came to him for assistance with a call. To which he responded "why the h*** did you hand me this call." He then proceeded to go on a rant about the phone call at the front desk berating this employee. He then threw a tantrum and stormed into his office and started screaming about this being "pure stupidity." I feel like this behavior is very childish and extreamly unprofessional.
