They called me 2 days after bill talking about my account been canceled and need to pick up equipment and the guy on the phone hollering like I want pull up do not rent nothing from them a place full of garbage employees

Be ready to receive phone calls from these people until the end of time. I rented one thing, short term, and no intention of ever renting anything else ever again. Now a year later, they still called me multiple times a week at times, to "share a new promotion," to see if I would rent something else from them. I have requested MANY times not to receive anymore calls from them, and they just tell me they'll see what they can do but "they have no control over it." Fabulous.

Absolutely horrible business the one in ********** **** will blow you up for a payment but when you decide to switch to rent to own because they're cheaper they ignore calls. And are now a week late on the scheduled pickup ...had them show up and decided not to knock and just left. Have been transferred to 4 to 5 different managements. Complained to the district manager **** himself who was NO help. Said he'd call back with a resolution. Not sure what else I can do about their stuff just sitting here

They claimed we was approved took my money and then said we skipped out on payments with something and said they had to do more research after we scheduled it to be delivered. I will never rent anything from them again.

Went to Morrisville rent a center in ******* for a TV and bedroom set was promised a date and time for today 10/01/2022 by ****** the store manager and was told that the store was closing at 5:00 pm instead of the regular closing time when I called the store ****** answered the phone saying hello we are not doing anymore deliveries instead of saying "thank you for calling rent a center this is ****** how may I help you" was very unprofessional and did not seem like he knew how to do his job correctly

Is the worst Rent-A-Center I have ever rented from. **** is a lazy "Store Manager" who just sits around all day then hops in his expensive car and almost hits pedestrians daily I have watched this happen I work across the street. I'm tired of coming into this store and seeing the lameness of the store lack of interest from all employees. Always calling me when my payment is due the same day every week? I work 3rd shift and I told them what times to get ahold of me yet they keep waking me up to ask for payments. When I have financial hardships they dont work with me when they said they will. For example: I missed a week and the bill was a bit over $100 I only had $80 to my name and physically showed them I have no food but they made me give them EVERYTHING I had.
