Delivery is terrible...They tell you a scheduled time and pretty much arrive when they want.. I'm not quite understanding the poor customer service

Don't handle responsibilities. We've been asking them for a year now to fix our washer and dryer. We have to hold our dryer door shut with a 2x4 against a heavy bucket. We were promised they'd send someone out, then we were promised a new set. The original set they claimed was new. It was not new, it came used with water in it. Now, they demand payment and I'm 1 payment away from owning it. They said if I made a payment last time I was in they would swap them out the next week. Horrible!! 3 hrs late delivering the furniture and they were supposed to pick up by 3 pm today and now they say they are too busy!!! The movers come tomorrow morning so the rental stuff is going out on the porch and if it gets wetOH WELL!!!!!

I first leased a brand new, 5.4 cubic foot LG washer and 8.2 cubic feet dryer set in September of 2020, and it broke around May 2021. I used the warranty on it to get it fixed. I went a month and a half with a very small capacity Amana washer that the Sapulpa store switched me out with, I did call and speak to the manager; Callie every week and checked in to see how the progress was going. I worked with rent a center before. The first time I dealt with a salesman named Dimitri, who was incompetent to a fault. And now again this time with a different representative. I've had some health and financial issues and in the begining (the second time) they were willing to work with me. Now however they aren't. Preferred leasing is the absolute worst leasing company I've ever dealt with. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Not only did they over charge me to pay off my bed, they continued to withdrawal from my account after I paid off my contract in the 90 day same as cash. Apparently they have to manually end a contract once it's paid off and for some reason "they hadn't got to it". So now I have to wait 7-14 business days to get my money back that was stolen from me. My Best friend and I rented furniture from the Texarkana, AR location in July 2021. When they brought the bedroom set to our apartment they damaged our apartment wall causing the wood to peel off the trim. When I contacted the store Bobby answered the telephone and he acted like he could careless about what happened. I gave them all the needed information to rent a washer and dryer and was denied. I asked why and they said they didn't know. I pushed to find out as I was so confident I would qualify to rent a washer and dryer as my income is consistent due to being on SSI. When I pushed them to know more they told me I would have to send a formal request to someone else to find out but if I gave them $450 the very next day I could have my washer and dryer.
