Most horrible experience in my life. This location recently has a new manger name ***** he will call you threatening you, hanging up the phone shouting like a 3 year old that didn't get his way. The staff is extremely unprofessional it's hard to communicate because the staff have strong Spanish accent and can't properly interpret what's your saying in English. I purchased a ********** back in 2021 and paid for it in full in Wilmington **. Currently, the ** is not working, and Rent a Center is doing nothing to help. I feel they should provide some sort of warranty for their customers. A ** should last only a year and a half. I spoke with the store manager ************************* and he did nothing to help me or even seem concerned so it seems that possibly, they sell defective items so BEWARE!!! I will also be making a complaint to the corporate office

I got a couch from the ******************* store in Phoenix I explained to the manager I had fraud on my account and needed to set up other payment arrangements. I was paying what I could with cash went into the store and was belittled as well as my payment was not excepted because it was $10 short.
