I have collection calls from a Rent a Center agency every few years. last one was a week ago. Before that was 2018. The first one stated I rented something from a place in **** in 2010 - 2011 that I never lived (2017) I said I never lived there I lived in ******** at that time. The call last week stated I rented it in ************** area in 2016 (I didn't live in ************** in 2016. ***************** was sketchy at best could not give me what I allegedly rented. *** would not give me his name and I repeated my questions ... read more

Most horrible experience in my life. This location recently has a new manger name ***** he will call you threatening you, hanging up the phone shouting like a 3 year old that didn't get his way. The staff is extremely unprofessional it's hard to communicate because the staff have strong Spanish accent and can't properly interpret what's your saying in English. This was my second account with ******************** and I've learn a very valuable lesson * NEVER AGAIN DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF * I hope this review helps someone ma... read more
