I am so over this company I have been a customer with ******************** for a long time. The fact that the manager of this store thought that it was okay to tell me to my face that Im on auto pay which IM NOT. Which was verified by one of the workers that I have never been. When the manager of the store looked it up she found a number not associated with me at all. Manger and assistant manager customer service is very poor. I rented from them a year ago and had a special order that was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It end up being 3 months and no phone calls no nothing. I requested my money back and they didnt want to give it back to me so I had to call corporate. I moved and now Im looking for a sofa that they have in the store and the assistant manager is telling me that Im not allowed to get any promotions. They are unprofessional and Constantly are calling me 4 to 5 times a day from the date of when my bill is due at 8am and I haven't even logged in to pay my bill so I didnt and they obviously still get paid but it's harassment at this point and I get they want their **** money but you don't need to call a customer who literally owes 1 payment 100 times a week when the customer works and then they wonder why I don't answer nor give them their money right away I MAKE THEM WAIT!!! Ive reported to the store that my mattress has bed bugs and was told that it did not come from their store. The store manager was very rude and was telling me that it did not come from her store. The district manager still hasnt reached out to me after two days of me complaining of a matter this urgent.

This company are complete scam artists and the most rude and unprofessional customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They lied to get the agreement signed and then lied when confronted on those lies. I was advised that I could make additional payments on top of my monthly payments by simply signing on to their website. Every month I called because the website always said there was an error when attempting to do this. I was a costumer of rent a center for over 8 years and just because I was late on my payment they call me and said they were gonna raid my house ,the guy who call me was very aggressive and hostile, I mean is this the type of treatment that I deserve after been a customer for 8 years ,I mean it's not a secret they over charge people and harrast people over one day late on your account .I will highly recommend to stay away from doing bussines with rent a center specifically the one in Mkeesport ************.

This place is relentless always calling 5 times a day than knocking on your door after you have spoken to them ! My couch has post beetle bugs in it and I work for major furniture company and I know the process the store says it was not delivered that way well no c*** if they would actually read they would know all about them they just keep saying not under warranty than I got a phone with them phone was lost/stolen again warranty wont cover ! I signed a contract agreement with an agent online/through text and was given a tentative delivery date and time, but informed that I would be called by a store associate and they would confirm a delivery time. I was called by **** from the *********, ** store later that afternoon. He was polite, wanting to go over my payment options so he could create a contract, take a payment, and set up delivery.
