Original six window installation was done ten years ago and the two installers were very efficient, clean and friendly at the time. Just recently, possibly due to high winds, pieces of outside trim came adrift and weatherstripping started to separate. A quick call to the company was pleasant and resolved my concerns. This merchant has a 2.7 rating on Yelp. My experience was consistent with that described in the Yelp reviews. Very high pressure sales. They expect you to commit to spending tens of thousands of dollars on the first visit, saying if you wait to place the order, youll pay tens of thousands more because they cant offer you the same price. Originally We had 6 large widows replaced by Renewal By Andersen. They did an amazing job. They were very efficient, super organized and professional. The work they did was of the highest quality along with the quality of the windows. I cant rate them high enough. Now a few years on since installing the windows one of them had an issue closing.
