The warehouse lost one of our sliding glass doors and it wasn't installed until several months after the rest of our project was completed. Even then, the door was missing hardware. Our Installation Manager promised us a "significant" refund. After months of trying to get an update, they finally told as they were authorized to give us an amount that represented 0.5% of the cost of our total project or 2% of the door in question (i.e., NOT significant). I scheduled an appointment. Appointment was confirmed. No one showed nor did they contact me prior. I reached out again and they said they could schedule another appointment. I do not want to go through disappointment and waste of my time any money waiting for no one to appear again. They refused to have someone call me when I asked via chat. Only another appointment was offered. Im not insane and want to do that again.I need approximate pricing. I can not waste my time and beg them to price the project.Initial project inclu... read more

We just had ***** show up today for a service request. We had to remove the sliding section of our new patio door for staining. Unfortunately after reinstalling, the door wouldn't lock. So we raised a service request. In less than five minutes of arrival ***** had identified the cause and addressed it to have our patio door lock functional. He also enquired if we had any other things to be taken care of and completed those tasks as well. He was very polite and professional and went about his task methodically.
