While we're not sold on ******** as a whole, given the issues we've dealt with (not to mention given their pricing), **** himself represented the company very well.

6 years ago had to have a picture window replaced. It dragged on for 6 months. They lost the order, the wrong size was delivered, the next delivery was broken. Had a leak last month. The 2 guys were so nice. have been here 3 times to help with this leak. They have gone above and beyond. And still will come after this next series of storms. Problem is roof and window having a gap. They put pitch down and will be back.

Easy to get an appointment and the technician (Sofi? I didnt quite catch his name) called and told me he would be arriving in about 30 minutes. Arrived in time, put bootie coverings on his shoes and fixed my broken lever within minutes. He was polite, efficient and got the job done. Well done, Renewal!
