I wish I could give them a higher rating, but they took no care for the project once we paid for it. We had one request - they they save the 80 year old bronze hardware on the door (worth between 600 and **** last glance at Etsy) and they promised me twice they noted it. We planned to use the hardware on another project. The day of the installation, they carted the door and hardware away and then told us they disposed of it immediately and couldnt get it back. I bought another brand windows 25 years ago which were not properly installed and always drafty. The Renewal by Andersen installers ensured each window was well insulated, as part of the installation. The installation team was very professional and courteous working mostly outdoors. They covered everything indoors to minimize dust and clean up well afterwards. I can already feel the difference (no drafts) and would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone that needs replacement windows.

Excellent service. Installers found bolts were missing from a hardware package for our patio door. They requested the project manager to schedule a follow up visit to bring bolts and complete the install. That night I received a text about the follow up visit schedule. Following day, ******** contacted us, asked if he could come and complete the installation earlier than scheduled. He completed the work and it looks good.

The customer service is excellent. Great quality windows, punctual and ***********************. They did everything to minimize the dust and covered ************* and floors well. Very efficient and took the time to show us how the windows and doors lock, unlock, open, etc. Highly recommend!
