I couldn't be happier with our Renewal by ******** windows, both with regards to the service as the windows themselves. Recently, we had an issue with a couple windows causing hot spots in my backyard. During the rare hot days the afternoon sun would reflect off the windows and heat up the artificial turf, causing some of the turf to melt slightly. While we're not sold on ******** as a whole, given the issues we've dealt with (not to mention given their pricing), **** himself represented the company very well.
