Two small gaps between bottom parts of front door frame (sill?) and the vertical posts on door frame.2. A huge horizontal gulch (~ 0,5" x 0.5" x 60" !!!) left on supporting wood bottom, between the sill and the ceramic tiled floor in the entry hall.3.
