Almost took a whole year from sales order to complete installation of the french doors and two windows. Workers were professional. However, there appears to be a lack of awareness between the salesperson and the status of the job, if this is the process. Communication after sales is directly with the branch office.

These people are the spammers from h*** I get spammed daily, up to three times a day. Why? Why would anyone do that? I ask I be removed from their spam lists at least 10 times. What does it take to stop the spam? I am literally going to have to delete my 16 year old email address, because of the spam.

Our "installer" was wonderful. He came in spite of the weather and installed 3 replacement screens very quickly and efficiently. I marveled at his "experience" with the project.Renewal by ******** made this customer very happy. The appointment was accurate.

Fantastic work. Prompt, friendly, and courteous. There was a small scratch on one of the 10 windows they installed. They out in the order to replace it right away. ******* did that today, very quickly. Highly recommend.
