Mark at the front desk was awesome. Frustrated no pool any longer. Staff friendly. Good location and close to events
Wonderful experience, every single staff member was helpful, energetic, and so professional. Room was exceptional, room service was delicious. Connected to the mall, with access to the Q, if you’re going to a Cavs game, highly recommend for the convienience.
We loved our stay. Room was excellent. We read reviews about small rooms, but for 2 of us it was perfect. Room service as excellent. Bed was super comfortable! The access to the casino, tower city, and arena was great! We will be back.

Love this hotel! Walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and bars. Had a great time. Just wish the shower curtain was arched because the shower seemed tight.
It was a very nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and the casino.
We stayed here over night for a Cavs game. My husband works for Marriott, so he is ALWAYS super observant and particular. He couldn’t find one thing to complain about ( HUGE surprise lol ) he called ahead of time to ask for a room up high, and with some type of view of the square, and they SURPASSED our expectations, put us on the 14th floor, with what they called “ the best view of the hotel.” IT DEFINITELY WAS!!!
