3 out of 5 stars is what I would give this hotel. Me and my boyfriend stayed for a night yesterday just to get some alone time and although the room was nice the issues happened when we went swimming... We both felt that because we are African American we weren't wanted there. A Caucasian family came out to go swimming and when they saw us in the pool they left, a few minutes later two staff members came through the door and kind of lingered around and walked around the pool basically watching us and trying to hide it poorly... read more

This place is the best im at the bar for my second nite Maurice the bartender is Great and Anthony Rogers is pure gold I meet two new friends and a new hotel
Gorgeous!! 1408 could have been filmed in this hotel. So awesome to sleep in the comfy beds! Could have used a good vacuuming however and we didn't have shampoo in the room. Did not take dirt glasses when cleaning and leave fresh. Appreciate the gentleman who brought up the mini fridge! Super nice staff. Bartender a bit short when asking questions and not staffed for the hundreds who descended post U2 after the show... casino drew some really "savory" characters a little too close for comfort but the police presence was comf... read more

My husband and I stayed here last night for a weekend getaway. We were walking distance from the Indians game, which was a perk. Even though it was a short stay, we would for sure recommend and will definitely return. The room was very nice. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant was great and the service was perfect. The Renaissance is a super cool, historical place to stay. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I was going put fair , but nothing is what I expected . The room is small and need remodeling in the bathroom . Nothing like the picture I seen . The service is great , but comfort of the room is very important to me when I'm paying 300 bucks a night . Our toilet over flow , they came and fix it . But we left in the room with no bathroom for about hr . Every close by so I guess that we pay for 🤷🏾♀️
