Love this place where i stay when in Cleveland! Celebrated Game 7 there awsome lobby watch party! I woud recommended this property any traveler the access to the casino shopping and sporting events makes the idea place to be. With an efficient staff and comfortable Beds The Renaissance number one

When booking my room I was not informed of the $50 per night incidental fee so when I arrived imagine my surprise when I was charged $350 instead of my original room charge. The hotel was extremely cold. I will not ever go back to this hotel!!

The rooms are beautiful, staff are great however, no coffee makers in room and they charge $9.00 for a 3 cup carafe of coffee, $14.00 for a 6 cup carafe. Now this isn't even gourmet coffee. No fridge in room, kind of disappointed. Wish I would have brought my little keurig.
