Love this hotel.... staff is exceptional and rooms are large and comfy. Feel very at home there. Will be back again soon.

Had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Cleveland. A beautiful hotel with glamorous old world charm! The staff was so nice, the room service was delicous and overall our experience was wonderdul. Can't wait to stay at the Renaissance again!
Absolutely beautiful hotel, with so much charm & character! Highly recommend it & we will be back! We were there for a wedding; the ballroom was gorgeous & the staff was wonderful & efficient! Fantastic experience!
The hotel itself was exceptional, but the beds feel as hard as a rock. I woke up multiple time with back pains, but the service was great!!!
This was our first stay at the Renaissance and it was wonderful! The staff was well trained, professional and friendly! One in particular went above and beyond. I think his name was Greg (?). He was the first to greet us at the check in/valet. When we were about to head to Progressive Field, he offered help for us to get there. (We have some mobility issues and it was just a bit too long of a walk for us). I was grateful for the assistance and it just added to our stay! Thank you to your staff! Keep up the good work!!
One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at! All the amenities, helpful, friendly staff, beautiful lobby. Big rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
