Great stay to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary. Staff at the desk was amazing and took care of our every need. The servers at the bar were equally amazing. Outstanding people make outstanding service. Thank you!
What a great place! We came into town to celebrate my birthday. The room was great! The staff was super efficient and friendly from the valet who helped us get in out of the frigid temps to the young man Evan who checked us in. Great experience!

My wife's and I's favorite hotel to stay at anytime we visit Cleveland. Love it especially at Christmas time with all the Christmas decor and lights. We have spent many anniversaries with you and probably many more to come. Everything about the hotel rings elegant. The valet service is so friendly both during arrival and departure. Only issue was really not their fault, but the trucks with the backup beepers under are window from 5am to 8am made it a sleepless night.
A friend and I came out just to get away and have a fun time. Hugh at the front desk was great and took care of all our needs. The room was nice and we had a view of the public square. The easy walk to the mall and casino were a plus. I would definitely stay here again.
We always enjoy our stay at the Renaissance Cleveland. Staff is very friendly. Bellman Greg is an exceptional employee!! So welcoming and accommodating 😍Thanks for another great stay!
