Great staff and service. Good food. Beautiful facilities and classic furnishings. But the WiFi setup is confiscatory in price and Byzantine in complexity. Most hotels have stopped punishing guests in this way.
Great hotel in Cleveland!
Had to call security at 3am people Didn’t go to sleep til 420am kids next door up screaming at 7 am .. talked to manager was offered a free breakfast.. will not go back

very nice hotel conveniently attached to the casino. you can get as drunk as you want and stumble back to your room and dont even have to go outside. lol — with Krystal Coleman.
