This hotel was not at all accommodating, they charged 36.00$ to park there and asked 28.00$ for a bell hop when we booked they showed a 2 room suite with a fridge and plush chair , the fridge and chair were for my diabetic father when we got there it was nothing more than a nice looking motel 6 as a matter of fact the motel 6 in in right now is almost as nice and more accommodating

Such a nice motel
Beautiful classic hotel. So much history. Evan and Matthew were fabulous with our room accommodations. Sophie at the cafe was just as fabulous and everyone VERY kind. We will definitely stay here again when we are scheduled to be back in the fall!♡

I stayed at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel for my company's annual spring event, which was being hosted at the hotel. The check in process was easy and our rooms were ready early, which I was happy about. The hotel itself is very nice, but our room was extremely outdated. I have stayed at Hampton Inn's that I felt had nicer hotel rooms. We wanted to grab a drink at the hotel bar before our event started, but the hotel bar was an absolute disaster. A historic hotel with lots of character and no thirteenth floor. Within easy walking distance of most places downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

RecommendedWe stay here all the time when in town for sporting events. Staff is always friendly and courteous.
It was a very beautiful hotel. But I was kind of surprised the room was as small as it was for what it cost. Otherwise service was great. Would definitely stay here again.
