Had the terrifying experience of sleeping in a room with BEDBUGS. Called them to inform- they ‘didn’t find anything’ even though I have bites on my arms and found one on my luggage after I sprayed everything down in my home. Refused refund, no one contacted me after initial call, very rude and unprofessional. I’m literally going through hell with the thought of me not killing anything that may have come home with me. I have absolutely no peace of mind and am consumed with worry. I will be calling the BBB.
I attended my Weight Watchers Fall Event. Our lunch was wonderful. Such a beautiful place for Weight Watchers to host our event 👏🏻👏🏻

Rooms are not very big and a bit worn, but service is great. Location is great!

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with open buffet.
I travel a lot and found them very accommodating and friendly, very good value I will stay again.
Very nice room. A little too much noise from a wedding party at 2:00 am and again at 5:30 am but, that’s not the hotel’s fault. Beautiful, old hotel close the Q and Progressive Field.
