Awful experience staying here with a friend. Lobby ATM had $20 in it so it messed up my account when I attempted to withdraw substantially more than that. Was told parking would be taken care of by the woman who checked us in. Found out at checkout that this was not the case. Evening front desk woman was rude and disinterested in anything I had to say. Booked a suite for an anniversary night. There was no heat in the building upon arrival. Left for dinner earlier due to that. When we returned we were locked out of our suite for 2 hours. Nothing was done to ease our burdens till I filed a complaint which resulted in a 10% refund. Find a better hotel, this one will leave you locked out, cold, and with a lighter wallet.

I just spent 2 nights at this amazing hotel. From the moment we met Gregory and Mikhail at the Valet stand, to the fantastic staff taking care of our every need at my daughters wedding reception, we a fantastic experience. Front desk staff were so friendly, dining room staff was great! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Talked with Gregory the second day and called us by name! We have stayed here twice and the first time was a bad experience do to them giving us the room we booked and having to make our company sleep in a roll out bed in a already small room. The 2nd time was better besides security knocking our door to quiet down at 5 in the afternoon on a Saturday during the weekend of a concert and baseball game. It's a nice hotel but a little too stuck up for us

Very nice hotel. I loved the old safety deposits from 1900 in the lobby. It is a beautiful huge old building. This is my 2nd time staying here and will be back again.
