This was my first time ever in Cleveland, and staying at the Renaissance Hotel was very convenient for me and my husband we didn't know it was connect to the basketball arena and the casino . My only complaint is that you guys charge the hotel guests 27.00 to park in the ramp . I think if you are a guest of the hotel you should wave the cost or just charge half .

Been to the Renaissance multiple times for weddings; my family threw a $500k wedding here for 450+ guests but we'll never return for future wedding planning or lodging. Concierge service is lazy for a "Four Star Hotel" and security banned my elderly father with multiple health issues for seeking bathroom access, despite explaining his health needs -- on Christmas Day. Disrespectful. I suggest the Hilton or The 9 Hotel if you want to make for a classy trip out of Cleveland.

Wonderful! Here for Christmas and absolutely loving it!!! The Public Square view is stunning, and you're right in the middle of EVERYTHING!!! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommend!

Cleveland is a great city with many great hotels. Choose a different one. Had a few issues and worst of them all is their choice of vendors. Valet damaged my 10 month old Lexus and took no responsibility for it. Didn't enjoy paying $1,000 to make repairs on my car for no other reason than I chose to stay at this hotel.

Old, and needs renovating badly. It has potential to be an great hotel, but it is currently in a state of disrepair.

Gorgeous old hotel. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas! It was great that it was connected to the mall and right across the street from the light display. Wonderful holiday music live in the lobby even. It exceeded my expectation.

We had a wonderful time. It's like stepping back in time. This hotel has a lot of history. It still has that old 1920's feel to it. The staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. We can't wait to come back. Also the location was close to all the major places. Lots of restaurants close by within walking distance. The only complaint was the cost of valet parking $32 which I thinks a bit high.
